My paintings express the order, mystery and beauty of nature. I am fascinated with the paradox of creation -- always changing, yet always the same. I am moved by the profound and sacred essence of every living creature. 
I compare the variations of color, form and line appearing in paintings to musical compositions. When I begin each painting, and throughout the creative process, I have a sense of adventure and exploration.
