Since its beginnings in 1971, The Art Collector has developed an international gallery with a diverse range of artists. 
The Art Collector has learned how to professionally cater to the needs of interior designers, architects, landscape architects, developers, space planners, designers of health care facilities, corporate environments, resorts and hotels, churches and synagogues, and  private collectors. 
     We represent over 
2,000 artists in the following concentrations:  painting, sculpture, photography, wall sculpture, glass art, mobiles, woodwork, ceramics, ironwork, functional art, banner art, mixed media, pastels, prints, posters, and much more. 
     Selected artwork is consigned in our gallery, which rotates the pieces on the floor four or five times a year.  Most of the work, however, exists in our slide collection; which is available to you, through mail and electronic imaging. This makes it possible to view our artists' work, whether you are thousands of miles away, or just around the corner.

     The Art Collector has been in business for over thirty years.  It is housed in a 4,500 square foot building that also incorporates a complete framing facility.
     We are not a traditional gallery.  Traditional galleries have a limited stable of artists whose work is displayed.  Instead, we have a database of art and artists that is updated and expanded daily.  A diverse resource database such as this can only come from more than thirty years of professional experience.
     Through years of design work, we have been able to determine what our clients want, and then supply them with plenty of art from which to choose.  After we discuss your specific project, we choose a number of artists' slides and prepare a complete presentation, in whatever form works best for your needs (slides, prints, electronic images, etc).
     We work directly with the artists so there is no "middle man."  We do not charge artists to be represented by our gallery.  We feel that selling their art is the best expression of this symbiotic relationship.  Their success is our livlihood and visa versa.
